The Process

Taking the ALZselftest is easy. You can take the test either on your own or, if you prefer, with the help of a friend or family member.

It's easy. First, you will create a secure account for yourself. Second, you will enter your payment information. Third, you will answer a few simple questions about yourself and begin the 10-minute test.

Once you have completed the test, you will receive scoring information to take with you to your doctor's office for evaluation.

By taking the test on a regular basis, you will be able to take a big step toward monitoring your health. Repeated testing will help you to keep track of any changes in your cognitive functions and work with your physician to monitor and maintain your health.

If you enroll in our cognitive monitoring program, you will be able to see the recommended schedule for your remaining tests as well as a comparison of your results for each test.

Take the first step toward managing your brain health. Take the ALZselftest.
